How will the Bills slow down Houston’s dynamic quarterback Youth Jordan Poyer Jersey , Deshaun Watson? Can Buffalo’s ground and pound approach on offense work for a second straight week? Will either of these offenses surpass 20 points this week? That and many more topics are discussed on the new and improved Billieve: a Buffalo Bills Fans Podcast. On the latest edition of podcast, we have everything you need to know to get ready for the game between the Bills and the Texans. Each week during the regular season, our podcast will feature an in-depth interview with a blogger from the opposing team’s website. This week, co-host John Boccacino was joined by Jeremy Brener from Battle Red Blog to dissect this match up.Boccacino and co-host Anthony Marino also gave their keys to the game, which had Buffalo opening up as a 10-point underdog vs. the Texans.Hear what our podcast duo had to say about these topics and more. After breaking down the Texans’ recent three-game winning streak, which includes overtime wins over the Indianapolis Colts and the Dallas Cowboys, Boccacino and Brener discussed the status of Watson, Houston’s play-making quarterback who suffered a chest injury vs. Dallas. Watson vows to be on the field Sunday, which is good news for Houston, and bad news for an up-and-coming Bills defense that was probably looking forward to facing Brandon Weeden were Watson forced to miss the game. The emergence of Houston’s running game, featuring Watson (34 carries for 201 yards), Lamar Miller (58 carries for 225 yards), and Alfred Blue (49 carries for 162 yards) was also discussed, as the Texans bring an improved running game into this showdown. Conversely, the Bills are allowing 30 fewer yards per game on the ground this year (96.2 yards/game) Buffalo Bills Hats , led by great performances by Star Lotulelei, Kyle Williams, Trent Murphy, Jerry Hughes, Harrison Phillips, and Shaq Lawson. Banking on the success last week enjoyed by LeSean McCoy (85 rushing yards on 24 carries) and Chris Ivory (43 yards on 14 carries), Brener expects the Texans to stuff the box and make Josh Allen beat them with his arm. Outside of 34-year-old cornerback Johnathan Joseph, the Texans do not boast a strong secondary, so if Allen can continue to establish a rapport with Zay Jones and the rest of Buffalo’s under-performing wide receivers, it could hold the key to a third Bills win in their last four games. When it comes to predicting the outcome of this Week 6 game, all three of our experts expect this to be a one-score game. For the first time this year, all three predicted the Bills to escape with a victory in the Lone Star state.
